Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PanoCraft for the use of panocraft.si and its related services. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use PanoCraft on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

PanoCraft is an AI panorama generator. It creates 360° images from text prompts and photos, turns panoramas into 3D worlds, exports files for other tools, and lets you publish virtual tours. Features may change as we improve the product. Features marked beta may be incomplete or change without notice.

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person per free account: creating multiple accounts to collect extra free credits is not allowed.

• New accounts receive 50 free credits. Free credits may be changed or withdrawn for abuse.
• Each action shows its credit cost before you confirm it. Credits are deducted only after a successful result; failed jobs are not charged.
• Subscription credits are granted each month and roll over while your subscription stays active. They lapse if the subscription ends.
• Credit-pack credits and sign-up credits do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• When you change plans, any prorated amount is shown for your confirmation before it is charged.
• Prices are shown before checkout and may include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Unused subscription time can be refunded within 7 days of a charge; contact [email protected]. Credit packs are refundable within 7 days if none of their credits have been used. If you are a consumer in the EU, you agree that digital content is supplied immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you start using purchased credits.

You keep the rights to the prompts and images you upload. Subject to these terms, you own the panoramas, worlds, and exports you generate. Commercial use is allowed on paid plans; on the free plan, outputs are for personal and evaluation use.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content only as needed to run the service, for example to render a tour you have shared. We do not use your content to train AI models unless you opt in.

AI output is generated automatically and may be similar to output created for other users. We cannot guarantee that generated content is unique or that it is protectable by copyright in every country.

You agree not to use PanoCraft to create, upload, or share content that:

• is illegal, or infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
• is sexually explicit or contains nudity — PanoCraft is for places and scenes, not adult content;
• is non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated or edited images that show a real, identifiable person nude, sexualized, or in an intimate situation;
• sexualizes minors in any way;
• promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against protected groups;
• is designed to deceive, such as fake property listings or impersonation.

Prompts are screened automatically and requests for sexual or intimate content are refused before anything is generated. Accounts that try to get around this are suspended, and suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities.

You also agree not to probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service, resell API access, or bypass credit limits. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

When you make a tour unlisted or public, you are responsible for its contents and confirm you have the right to publish them. Public tours may be indexed by search engines. We may remove shared content that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law.

Some features rely on third-party providers such as AI model providers, payment processors, and engine plugins for Unity, Unreal, or Blender. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to how you use their software.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI generation can produce inaccurate, distorted, or unexpected results, and we do not guarantee that any output will be fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using PanoCraft and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. On termination, unused credits are forfeited except where a refund is due under these terms or the law, and your content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes go to the competent courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the app at least 14 days in advance; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
